Welcome to iLift! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the iLift mobile application ("App") operated by LiftIQ LLC ("we", "us", "our").

By using iLift, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

You must be at least 13 years old to use iLift. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

• Access or attempt to access the App using automated means
• Upload or share false, misleading, or harmful content
• Reverse engineer or copy any part of the App or its code

iLift provides workout guidance, nutrition logging, and motivational content for general fitness purposes only.

We are not medical professionals. Always consult with your doctor or licensed healthcare provider before starting any new exercise or nutrition program. Use of this app is at your own risk.

We are not responsible for any injuries, medical conditions, or damages arising from your use of the App.

4. User Data

We collect certain personal data (e.g., name, email, height, weight, fitness goals) to personalize your experience. By using the App, you consent to our use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may use aggregated, non-identifiable data to improve our app and train our AI systems.

5. Account and Termination

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. You may delete your account at any time in the settings.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or abuse the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, features, designs, and content within iLift are owned by LiftIQ LLC unless otherwise stated. You may not use or copy them without our written permission.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will notify you within the App or by email. Continued use of iLift after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or goodwill
• Any injuries or health issues related to fitness or nutrition recommendations in the App

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
