By accessing or using the iLift mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

iLift is owned and operated by LiftIQ LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. SMS/Text Message Terms

Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your phone number and checking the consent box during account creation, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from LiftIQ LLC. These messages may include:

• Account verification codes
• Password reset codes
• Security alerts and notifications
• Service-related updates

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity. You will typically receive messages only when you request account verification, password resets, or when there are important security notifications.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your mobile carrier's pricing plan for details. You are responsible for any charges incurred from receiving SMS messages.

Opting Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. Note that opting out may affect your ability to use certain features of the App that require phone verification.

SMS Service Provider

Our SMS services are provided through Twilio, Inc. By using our SMS features, you also agree to Twilio's acceptable use policies.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Use of Service

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App

5. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

The App provides fitness tracking and related tools for informational purposes only. The App is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider before starting any new fitness program or making changes to your diet.

We are not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may result from following any fitness or nutrition suggestions provided through the App.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LiftIQ LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiftIQ LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
